Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons or promotional events, processing times may be slightly extended. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

We offer the following shipping options to meet your needs:

Standard Shipping $6.00 per order (plus $0.01 for orders under $70.00) 7 to 10 business days
Free Shipping Free for orders of $70.00 or more 7 to 10 business days
Expedited Shipping $12.00 per order 3 to 7 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the status of your delivery through the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

International Shipping
We are pleased to offer international shipping to many countries. Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping fees. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing an order.

Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete at the time of checkout. We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched. If you discover an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at our customer service email, and we will do our best to assist you before the order ships.

Lost or Delayed Packages
In the rare event that your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact our customer service team. We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue and keep you informed throughout the process. If a package is confirmed lost, we will offer a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.

Shipping Restrictions
Some items may be subject to shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or regulatory requirements. We will notify you at checkout if any restrictions apply to your order. We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
