Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with us. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please review our return and refund policy below.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Items must be returned in their original packaging.

Final sale items, clearance items, and gift cards are not eligible for return.
Return Process

Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return shipping address and instructions.

Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging and ship them to the provided address.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect item, damaged item, or defective product), we will cover the return shipping costs.

If the return is due to personal preference (e.g., size, fit, or color not as expected), the return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved:

A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

The refund will cover the cost of the item(s) returned, excluding any original shipping charges (unless the return is due to our error).

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures you receive your preferred item as quickly as possible.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, whether through a replacement or a full refund. Please provide photos of the damage or defect to help us expedite the process.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Items marked as final sale or clearance.

Gift cards.

Intimate apparel or swimwear for hygiene reasons (unless defective or unopened in original packaging).
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, and you will need to follow the return process outlined above.
